    Lots of folks.

    Why?
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Put ur boat in around bulls bay (make sure it is at the most a 14ft Jon boat) point it east and go into the open ocean and slay the surf scoters till the cows come home.

And also make sure there are 15+ wind gusts.

Why don't you go do that and Facebook live it. To spice it up, pull your plug and throw out your fuel tank and see if you can make it to shore before you run out of gas.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!
