My understanding is that you would check BOTH boxes (Amendment 43, and Emergency Action):

For your comments, you need to write something like "I support alternative #5 for both items". Put it in your own words if you would like. Alternative #5 would allow for the largest allocations (i.e. bigger season).

I'm in the same "boat" as you with the new one...10'8" across and 15k pounds on the slings full of fuel, but the dance floor is just amazing.
