    Default South Dakota

I cancelled my South Dakota trip for the first time in 20 years. I have seen it wet and dry. The drought has ruined my duck holes and the pheasant population is down. It has been slow for the past few years for pheasants anyway.

Going to try the Red River in Texas in December for the first time this year.

It is a public service message. If I cancel a trip you lessor skilled hunters should not even consider going. See, I saved you money and a bad trip.

Dang. I hate to hear that. Please send pictures of your next exploit though. You are an extremely skilled outdoorsman and can't wait to see your post!

Guess some political donors won't be getting favors this year.
