    Default Volunteer Foxtail Millet

The plant id thread got me thinking. I have a field that has a strong crop of what appears to be volunteer foxtail millet and some other grasses. Without any other early season dove options this year what is the best way to manipulate a field like this to legally attract doves or are efforts better spent elsewhere? Thanks in advance.

Bush Hog strips....foxtail millet in a dove field? That's, at least from my experience, a plant that grows "naturally" in wetland conditions.
