I sprayed a patch under some powerlines yesterday with a mixture of glyphosate and triclopyr to eventually reclaim the area for a game food plot. I mowed it last week, and sprayed it this week with the intention of starting discing next week. I expect to have to re-spray when the seeds I disc under germinate. I'm not really expecting to get it into shape for this season.
I sprayed it around noon and it is in full sun. A trash-mover rain hit around 5:00. Did I waste my time and chemicals or is that enough time for the herbicides get taken up and start their work?
