    Im sure it's all good, but I normally take the meat in the first 1/3rd of the fish behind the head for sushi and grill the rest. When you steak it out you will see little circular "medallion" patterns. I typically cut those into little discs. I'm sure there are a million ways to do it, and I am no sushi chef, but my crowd is always pleased.

    Coming to see you this week. They want me to come hunt deer. Imagine how fucking stupid that sounds to me right now. I will buy season tickets to Clemson Baseball before I buy a damned deer licence in this state...

    Heck yeah, give me a shout before you get near.

    I went and watched birds midday between range time, golf balls, not shooting at shit I can't eat.. We, nor I have even started cleaning stands out. I've got a couple deer that ice been watching on cams. They'll be for one of the kids, if they get all wise assed then I might shoot one..
