Grabbing lobsters is a damn good time, but to hell with being on the water during mini season. WAAAAY too many yahoos and the keys are slammed
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

I learned something new today- the difference between the American Lobster and the Spiny Lobster.

We are down for regular season, I did hear that mini season is crazy. We were already talking about putting a trip together for that next year but it's a long way to go for two days.

I wouldn't. I love the Keys, but will never go back for mini season

You can fill up your cooler with mangos at night. 25 to 50 ft reefs. Two boxes of chum.

Cast a swimmy tail inyo the birds for dolphin and pitch cut bait with floro leader. 600 ft.

Hit the tuna at 6:30 PM with 3 inch feathers. Two rods on way way back. Stay away from birds. Shy fish will sound.

Lobbys at 23 ft small reefs near grass.

Hogs in the dirty water 23 ft reefs. Spear.

    Strong.

We were there a year ago this week. It was my first time too. Going back next year.

The circle of bitching of outdoorsman... SC hunters bitch about Florida deer hunters coming north, South Florida fisherman bitch about influx of SC/GA fisherman during May and lobster season.
