I know what the organization is... and was. What is going on there now? What is changing? A significant number of layoffs or just getting rid of some turkey folks?

Guys this shake up has been coming for a while. I'm close with many internal "higher ups" and can only at this time ask that comments be kept positive. This organization has suffered with the economic climate it has had to endure in recent years. Please remember these higher ups in your prayers because this couldn't have happened to a nicer group of guys.
