    Default Fishing Shirt

Is there a long-sleeved tight-fitting shirt that isn't any hotter than wearing cotton?

LR is one of those redheads that doesn't tan, just burns, and, to make matters worse, he is allergic to every sort of sunscreen he's tried. I was looking at the Huk shirts in Cabelas and they actually feel like they wouldn't be unbearably hot but was hoping someone has tried them or knew of something that would work.

Yep. They are great. Spearing, I will often wear black, camos, etc long sleeves and whatever this new stretchy shit they are using is very comfortable in and out of the water.

I have 5 or 6 of the huk shirts. Love them. Wear them fishing and on the beach. Never really noticed the being any hotter then anything else.

HUK is without a doubt the best shirts around. I couldn't have caught this fish without my HUK shirt

Tri blend shirts are the best I have found. They feel like super soft cotton jersey T's and wick moisture.

I only wear quad blend. It uses patented "nano fibers" made in space. It's the John wick of wicking fabric.

Even the HUKs can vary between styles. Have a couple that aren't near as cool as the others. Some just feel heavier. The HUKs with the mesh backs and mesh along bottom of sleeves seem to work best.

I prefer to just wear an all mesh midriff when it gets really hot.

I've been wearing these to do anything outside when it's hot. For the price I think they are good. If I'm going somewhere fancy I have some Columbia ones too haha.
