    Default Is this weeds

Or Saint Augustine? I treated the mess out of my yard and it looks good everywhere else except for a year. I don't remember it being present last year.

I've got some wide blade stuff popping up in my Bermuda too. Would love to know how to zap it.

It's thought to tell in the photo but likely crabgrass or another type of weed in the grassy weed family. 1.5-2oz MSMA per gallon. The MSMA will knock the Bermuda back a little but it will come back.

It's been treated like three times for crabgrass twice professionally

A weed is any plant growing where you don't want it.

You treat crab grass in Feb and Mar to keep the seeds from germinating.

Don't do Scott's anything. Go get the good stuff. Your close to feets. I'd go buy what he has. I use JD landscapes/site one down here.

Like Red Huck said, Crabgrass prevention starts with a good pre-emergent program in Feb / March., then spot spray any that pops up later in the year, and then spread again Sept/October-ish.

I have always had very good results spreading this Lesco 0-0-7 Crabgrass pre-emergent.

I'm not an expert on St Augustine, but I think bermuda will always be a finer blade than St Augustine. Probably crab grass.

I had a similar looking weed in my Bermuda. MSMA spot spraying did the job.
