    Good friend of mine's Dad just got back from LA on a redfish trip(they absolutely wore our reds/spec/black drum) and he brought me back a couple packs of boudin from Billy's in Scott LA

    His son told me just slowly brown in skillet and great with eggs

    May cook it up this am or tomorrow

    Scott is the Boudin Capitol of the world. I boil mine for a few minutes and the lightly saute in some butter. I made a batch of boudin two weeks ago that turned out ok. May need to make another run of it.

    Steam it it a rice cooker and then brown in butter.
