    Default Blackstone Griddle

Who has one? Just picked up this 36" today. I am looking forward to seasoning and cooking on it.

Neighbor does. I've seen him cook on it twice. There is a lot of grease that flows into that catch pan. Looks nice but I prefer my big green egg.

I bet you could make some hibachi on that thing. May need to look into getting one. Is the griddle plate pretty thick?

The wife loves her griddle. Mostly uses it for breakfast meals and such for the most part. You'll enjoy it.

They are awesome for cooking big family meals, especially breakfast.

This guy will be at home next to my old Big Green Egg.

The griddle top is 3/8"- 1/2" thick steel with heat fins under it and 4 Stainless burners heating it. It is heavy!

I'm thinking breakfast- pancakes bacon sausage, lunch-burgers , hot dogs, grilled cheese, dinner- hibachi, fajitas, etc.

Anything Waffle House can do and more.

Should be able to cook for the family and then some.

I've got a cousin who brings one down to swamp every now and again. It's cool and all, but no one really wants fajitas on a dove shoot. They want ground chuck between buns chief.

    The 36" is $279ish, 28" is $259ish, and the 17" is $79ish.

This one was on the house because I used Cabela's Club points for it.
