Just get one of your Medicaid patients to let you use their Amazon account to order a bunch of half priced gear, and use the free shipping to send it to the camp where you will be fishing. Use it for a few days, then before you come home, return it to Amazon for a full refund. No baggage charges at all, and everyone is happy.
