If this was true you wouldn't see all the cases of these big land owners getting busted with pick up beds slap full of ducks that they and all their high dollar buddies shot over their corn ponds! There has been more then one plantation owner in the Lowcountry busted with several hundred ducks in possession that were over the limit in my lifetime!

Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL
