    I'd call around to rental companies that specialize in restaurant supply rentals in their meat preparation section or vender rentals and even party rentals.

    You may not find a Hobart Chopper so you might end up taking another brand. The CM12 and CM22 Globe-Chefmate meat choppers work pretty good. They aren't Hobart Buffaloes but they will do in a pinch. It's worth a shot.
    The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

    Yes sir. They are great from bread crumbs to chicken salad. Ever used a Dito Dean? They make quick work of food processing, mainly vegetables.
