    Default Red/white spots on fish

This weekend I noticed a few fish with sores/bumps on them. The first one was a big bluegill that I assumed were just from her having been on the bed. But I noticed it on another bream and bass yesterday. And they were on the body/tail. Fish seem to be healthy. Anything to worry about or let it run its course?

This one didn't have any spots. Missed the world record by .58 lbs.
