I've heard some people call it the "other white meat". The fellow that posted those pictures said it was sort of like lean pork. I'd like to try it.

the lighter the meat the tastier it is. The darker gets "gamey" or so I have heard.
Though if its not prepared correctly it tastes like fish.

I've seen people talking about it on the predatormasters forum before. About everybody that I saw who had tried it swore it was the best meat they've ever eaten but of course there are a lot of people who like eating raw fish too.
