    Actually, I believe four of them were granted stays. Either way, way to carry out justice Arkansas!!

    Yet it appears that each of these four were convicted back in the 90's. I think 20 years of appeals is more than enough.

    Let's solve all of this 'suffering' debate with a .45 bullet between the eyes. I think we can pretty much agree that any 'suffering' will be measured in milliseconds.
