I'm not for more regulation but really don't think that 100 ft is that bad of an idea. Used to be people just operated with courtesy and everything was fine but doesn't seem to be the case these days.

Slight of hand to take away from confederate monument debacle...

So would you like me to make an exception for your lake or just add Moultrie?

    NEED: less laws
    NEED: less lawyers
NEED: less people wanting to be lawyers
    NEED: more common sense

    DO NOT NEED: additional regulations

Is this in response to the recent accident on Lake Murray? If so wouldn't it be more beneficial to word it like this (one my not operate a personal watercraft over the top of another personal water craft and or people in the water.)

I hope either you were so tired, or so drunk at 2:12 in the morning that you had no idea what you were saying because this is got to be the stupidest thing I have read on here in a while. Did you find humor in this?

The new proposal states 100 yards, not 100 feet.

I think it is stupid, but this is what happens when people don't use a little common sense and courtesy. We end up with more regulations. Most people have no clue that current regulations state 50 feet.

as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
