    That looks like the Burris "Marlin 336" base.

    Anybody with a sumtoy on an M2 20? I would like to see the height vs. the .336 mount.

    The Sumtoy and the 336 mount is different. The Sumtoy sits higher.

    Yep, Sumtoy is slightly higher, but only slightly.

    I went with this mount to keep the ff as low as possible, no complaints.

    I sometimes glance through comments in the forum to find if I can get some useful hints. most people really don't know that forum is a great thing. Well, the same way i ran into your question about best red dot sight for hunting - here is my answer. I have been using Aimpoint pro patrol rifle optics - very reliable. before that one I was using EOTech tactical holographic weapon sight. Both great. I still use them and change between them depending on what mood i'm into. I hope my little suggestion made a difference?
