Bullshit. He-man hates Alaska. Read it on the interweb, I did.

ETA. I'm jealous of salmon and halibut eating he-man.

Most knowledgeable folks I've asked said it's a Ford/Chevy type decision and to buy the brand that has the closest parts and service department to where you will be using it.
And with Dorchester Tractor being right around the corner, i'm ashamed we're even having this conversation!

I already signed on the dotted line for my new 5065 with loader, grapple, discs and mower. It should be delivered when I get back from Minot. Red Arrow Farm is about to undergo a transformation.

You need to stop by and see all the new firelanes and how the woods look on Cow Bones Road.

Most row crop farmers started with little planters, harrows. Now they are 8,12 rows. Guess what a farmer don't sell nothing, and the four row stuff is sitting. Get something that will lift and pull that stuff and bingo, you make quick work out of food plots. I make a few pins and run his bulldozers and excavator. Free use of equipment. Win-win

Late to thread but I would get at least a 45 HP. There a big difference in pulling strength/power between that and a 35 hp.....Big difference.

Google TractorByNet and you will get more information than you can handle on any brand. It's a great website.

Will pull anything you want too. FYI you better chain that one down when hauling.

Just hit 50 hrs on a Kioto 4010. It's been great for bush hogging, plowing, moving dirt/gravel. Only thing I haven't gotten used to is the small loader compared to the old tractor. It is a very comfortable ride though.

L3301 does all I need but I do have tractor envy from Highstrung.

One of the Deeres is a cousin's, ours has the loader, plus the old Case. I wouldn't be too envious, plus you have a much nicer boat..
