From what I've been able to read, we took out 1 air base with some cruise missiles. This is pretty similar to when Reagan hit Khadafi's tent in the 80's in my mind. I would be shocked if the Ruskies were any where close to that air base. A message has been sent that US foreign policy has changed and the adult's are running the show.
