Default I Interrupted this fellas lunch

I came up on this on my run this morning. Big boy was rattling his tail trying to bluff me but eventually he decided I was a threat and he let the little fella go.

The big black one is a black racer. They will eat other snakes.

Every black racer I ever had contact with had an attitude.

I caught one Sunday, (black racer).

I'm usually pretty good at getting the tail below the vent...

I picked this one to get my turkey gloves good and drenched with his foulness.

Everytime I adjusted my face mask, I gagged, after washing my hands and glove in the river.

The little one looks like a black rat snake.

If I had a favorite snake it would be the black snake. Although it can scare the crap out of you it is harmless and beneficial
