I concur 95% will never see the difference. I know its there and if anyone gets into the nitty gritty you will find out it is there.
To take it one step further.
Why worry about shooting with an with out a can.
Do you take the muffler off your car?
Once I get a can I like it stays on the gun other than for cleaning purposes.

Personally I don't. Only reason I had the experience of shooting them without is because I sold my old YHM and the Omega was in jail for several months.
PS, shooting them without SUCKS!!!!

I had some guy tell me the other day he only uses his in certain "tactical" situations......I was like....ah...ok?
I didn't know you were a cop or door kicker?
He said I am not. I said so what kind of "tactical situations" do you encounter. He then replied you know what I mean.
I said no I don't.
I typically do not shoot belt feds and ak's with cans but other wise I use them.
HE just looked at me, and said but what if it wears out?
I knew then he was a card toating mall ninja!
