Is this really a topic about a dog knowing 1000 words, or will I expect to see Dog the bounty hunter give his x-wife a hug? Frankly, I just don't know whether to click on it or not at this point.

I took a dog psychology course under John Pilley when I was at Wofford. You won't meet a nicer person.
Way back when, we were mulling over whether or not dogs are capable of learning nouns.
