    If it's not too inconvenient this is the way to go. Less trouble down the road than using your own, home made cable with clamp on ends. From my experience those pieces usually get gunked up with corrosion at a very fast rate.

    I have all the solder, heat shrink and no-ox, that I need. We do a good bit of DC power plants at work. We just don't dabble much into the bigger gauge wiring. Most everything we use is #6 and smaller.
