    I had a 24x48x10 built 2 years ago. No insulation and no electrical(did that myself). Also I did the grade work. 2 roll up doors and a walk thru door. Concrete and building together came up to 7200$. If I could do it again I would have them insulate the roof while they were putting the metal on. Ill dig up a picture soon.

    Forgot about this thread. Here are some pics of one I am trying to finish. Note the metal trusses. They allowed me to put a 14' tall door in the gable end of a building with a 12' eave height. I used the thicker insulation everywhere on the main building and then some thin aluminum faced stuff on the shed roof.

    Nice looking buildings fellows.

    Here is a picture during the construction of my pole barn. It is 36 x 60 with 10' lean-to across the front. I've got a 10' roll up bay door on the end not pictured.
