    Default Ag Lime Elloree

I haven't made any calls yet- what outfit would yall recommend to deliver and or spread 5-6 tons of Lime outside of Elloree(Low Falls area)? Field is high and dry- time is of the essence. We could do a little more or a little less depending on load parameters.

Carolina Eastern in Elloree is closest. You sure you don't need 24 tons of lime? It will make things easier for you probably.

I would help you out but that is too far for that amount. Check with Carolina Eastern in Elloree. As stated getting a truck load spread if possible will make it easier for a dealer.

C'mon Daniel put 6ton on the back of a Vector and get your man to drive it to Low Falls. I bet those tires would fry an egg by the time you got there, if you got there

Low Falls is a quick trip. They have been to Lexington, Ravenel, etc.

Oh I know they can travel. At 45-50 they can get some where I was just talking about tire life with a load on their back.

Give Weathers Farm Supply a call. We used them before and they have delivered to us. They are in St George.

Ran one for a short time...furthest I went was about 60 miles. And that was the most nerve racking 60 miles I've ever driven.

Thanks for all the replies... 25 tons is the standard and while not terribly expensive waay more than required. Sueak might be able to help out- if not may have to bite the bullet and do pellatized annually.

Pelletized will break you unless you are spreading a garden.

Taking one across Lake Marion is fun. Police escort and tractor trailers trying to come through the back glass.
