    Default Cormorant Season

Any discussion on this for this year? The cormorants are as thick as 2010 again right now. If anyone knows if we will be able to hunt again this year or has any info on this, please reply or pm. Thanks.

Liberals got it stopped because an environmental study wasnt done to prove the commorants were eating the fish. Typical liberal bs.

I doubt it will happen again

I don't think its going to happen. Which is a shame because they are killing a lot of cypress trees.

I agree with mudeagle I have seen numbers on the lake this year like we had before we started killing them. They are doing some work on the fish.

I will never lose hope. I dream of commonazies trapped in coves. Keep the faith. Protecting our natural resources is at stake here.

I saw droves over 95 the other day. Just shoot em and keep quiet about it

I wish they would have a season up this way. I bet I've seen a ten thousand this season while duck hunting different bodies of water

Pretty sure they are eating the ducks too. Every hole that use to hold ducks is now full of them and no ducks.

We had to take a conservation break...

I had to conserve some money to buy shells.

Not only do they eat scads of fish but their shit is toxic. Whatever they shit on (particularly if you have a gaggle of those basturds) will die and not grow back for a VERY long time. A distant second place to the feral hog, from a nuisance standpoint. KellEmAll

We have been up to Wateree 5 times in the last couple weeks, and I have seen 2.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-
