My kid got him some gift cards to bass pro for Christmas.
He wants a predator decoy thingy to go with his remote control predator caller.
Any tips or suggestions? I'm flying blind on this deal.

Swartznaggers whole team got wiped out hunting those things. Leave it alone and just go squirrel hunting.
Believe it's a fox jack or something like that if he has a foxpro call. Debated getting one myself but haven't pulled the trigger.
Academy had a Fox Jack on sale the other week for about $40. It attaches directly to my Foxpro caller and replaces the battery compartment door. They are both still in the box, yet to be used.
There are numerous types, but they all are based on movement and/or flapping tails, etc. It's just something to catch a yotes eye that sits above the grass if it's tall(er), or rolls around the ground on short grass, etc.
I attended a coyote calling class years back where the instructor said he even tried a 2' tall, blue, stuffed rabbit and the yote attacked the darn thing.
So, basically, he doesn't need to spend a lot on it, just get something with good reviews for holding up and that does a good job attracting attention. Part of the value is to focus the yote on the decoy instead of you.
Happy hunting.
