    Ask kayakkillshots.

He hunts it a couple times a week, evidently.

Dont overdo it on the decoys.

there are no fresh birds anywhere. They know the gig. Leave your hail call in the truck. I havent hunted broad river WMA.

If that's the case, maybe you ought to forgo the decoys and haul a mattress into the marsh instead- give 'em a place to sit down and have a rest.

No decoys, hide in the willows and wait, and you will kill birds. Use decoys, and you are screwed.
P.S. get the heck away from the blind before shooting light. When I said willows, I mean the thickest flooded brush in the corner of the impoundment you end up in.

The only people to limit out so far have used no decoys.

Kayakkillshots says don't even waste your time. Just shoot dock ducks on greenwood.

I hunted it last Saturday. Wasn't many birds at all. We killed 12 ducks total with (12 hunters) and that's with one group (3 guys) killing 7 and myself killing 3. I used decoys and called when I felt the need to. I had 3 gadwalls respond to the call as well as a lonely greenhead. I knocked down 5 only picked up 3 and missed a chip shot for the "limit". Anyhow take what shots you are giving and make em count. One guy only shot 2 times and another group of (3 hunters) only killed 1. It just depends if ur where the ducks want to be, like any other time... The Cinnamon Rolls were good though.

Broad River WMA would not be Broad River WMA without those cinnamon rolls. Bless that woman's heart!

This might come as a surprise to you, but most "duck hunters" are not good at duck hunting. Also, common sense in the duck blind, is not that common anymore.
