    I've literally killed hundreds of woodies but never one with bling. Congrats! I'm jealous.

    This is my second banded woody. Killed the other in the same hole a few years ago. A hen that was banded locally.

    Now I'm wishing I had this bird mounted. Too late.

    I've killed 2 banded woodies this season in sc. the first from missipppi county Arkansas 09 and the second from missippi county Missouri 11.

    Birds live longer than you think. I believe the oldest duck on record was a hen canvasback that was like 29 or something. Whatever.
