And this, sports fans, is an example of why cousins shouldn't marry.

Bama got there with a stout D and a freshman QB, why can't Clemson do the same thing next year?

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

I see no reason they can't. Good team and coaches. They got a good chance to repeat.

While the bandwagon fans are doing their research, you could do some to. Clemson has won 70 games in 6 years. 70. That is more consistent than 2 good years. Dabo is not leaving Clemson for Bama. Nobody wants to be the next coach after Saban.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

I refuse to read the coot-dawg logic that took this thread over. The "congrats" sure turned to sour grapes in a hurry, I think.

Btw, This comment made me smile.

Man, I've scrolled through a couple of pages of this thread and am dumber because of it. Your post is one of the few that make sense. I'm going to buy me one of those gaudy ass gold hats they were wearing on the stage Monday night and rock that bitch while I sip on that bottle of Master's Keep I've been saving. We need to set up an invite only gathering to celebrate. I'll share.....

If Dabo ever leaves Clemson, he would be an idiot.

Some of y'all really kill me. Like seriously. Talking about the same guy leaving that y'all were just SOOOOOOOOO happy was here. You remember - the cheerleading insurance salesman (it was real estate, buy let's not let that get in the way of your story) - that one.
While he was getting beat by your best teams ever for 5 straight years, he was working - kicking your asses and you didn't even know it. He was building something great in a very calculated and methodical way.

He has now been at Clemson longer than he was ever at Alabama. He sees the attraction of the area and the University - something that no amount of infrastructure provided with SEC money will ever let you re-create. Sure, he might go to Alabama - and if he does, he will have left the program in a sustainable condition, much better than when he got there. All that being said, he ain't going anywhere. He's not motivated by $ to the degree that many others are - otherwise he wouldn't have given $1MM back to the University like he did last year. He knows he is building something very special and he has all the resources he needs to make it continue. Why else, other than it being his Alma Mater (and I know that's a big draw - it would be for me), would he go be just another name in Alabama football history when he could write his own legacy right where his is?? Don't think for a minute any of it is accidental.
I don't need my name in the marquee lights....

Bullshit ! 99% ? Dexter Lawrence...Christian Wilkins...Thats just fucking stupid ! Dabo has proved he can develop players and pick out the hidden gems but that is not the reason Clemson is where they are !!! Talent is the reason .

I read a little bit . I must have missed the part about the Cubs ( missed it the second time also ). The comment looks to be derogatory to Clemson s future .

Negative. I meant cherish the year 2016 because the two teams he loves won championships

I can agree on that . Eason is going to be a stud btw....
