    Worked great in ND hunting.

Works great on my property now for hunting.

There's not a thing wrong with using a drone to scout.

I believe ND has a law about requiring three days before you can hunt after scouting from a plane.

Would you think it is appropriate to fly your drone over posted land to scout?

If the land is posted I have no use of hunting it. So why would I want to scout "posted" landed?

    What's your next "what-if" scenario?

    .... and I wasn't in a plane in ND.

Harassment/flushing or rallying using drones could be punished using current laws.

The question is should they be allowed for scouting? It's a fair question. Where do you draw the line on an unfair advantage. Some folks believe the limit is the limit, it doesn't matter how you get there. What about the day someone develops digital holograms of ducks flying around your hole....

If I see it flying around my property again I'll go above and beyond to incapacitate it!!

Posted does not mean you can't get permission. I hunted posted land in ND and got permission many times after my "scouting."

You didn't ask if it was appropriate to fly a drone over posted land that you have permission to hunt. In that case of course it would be appropriate after given permission as long as the landowner doesn't mind. (Which none of them did). Actually sent one several pictures of his property. He loved it.

Gave us permission to hunt his land. We scouted what you couldn't see from the road with the drone instead of driving around jumping birds.

Good thing he was using a drone not a plane. Reading comprehension must not be a requirement for politicians.

You wouldn't need a drone to see that you are a queer in your bedazzled jeans.
