They figured out what it's like to "go big or go home".

That is the epitome of the millennials need for instant gratification.

$6000 each would have gotten them on a pretty sporty South American dove / duck slaughter complete with senoritas, drinks, meals and accommodations.
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.

This is not a millenial thing. People of all shapes, sizes and ages have baited ducks for generations, and shot over the limit. They got caught and will pay a hefty price. Had they known they would end up getting caught and owe $6,000 each, I think they would have made a different choice.

What is sad is that i know people who have driven drunk and harmed others, and received less harsh sentences than what these boys got.

Haha, yea... Blame poaching on the fact that they are millennials because no other generations poach! One thing that always amazes me is how most of you older people on here seem to think that all the world's problems are somehow related to my generation.

What you don't mention is the fact that it is your generation which created and raised mine. Some of us were brought up correctly, some were babied their entire life but, we are all products of how our parents raised us... The crappy millennials did not just wake up one day and decide to be crappy, their parents or lack thereof (I'm sure if you think hard enough plenty of your friends, family or maybe even you fall into this category) built the foundation for their uselessness.

Never ceases to amaze me how little the "worst cases" are in other states.

58 is pretty strong, but over a baited wood duck roost, that would be just 10 minutes of shooting.
