    Read this today & contacted Apple, made an appointment with the store downtown this afternoon & walked out with a new phone cause they couldn't take the battery out easily & they broke my lifeproof case so they replaced that as well. Thanks for posting

    Ill be contacting them friday.. I've been carrying an external charger on my hunting trip this last week because of this.

    At 66% my phone would shutdown and it would take me 20 minutes of leaving it alone before it cut back on. Figured they would just say it was a bad battery and replace due to me having AppleCare. Glad they have owned up to this and hopefully my phone falls within the parameters.

    THANKS, my damn battery will not last long at all and phone will just shut down at times

    Will check with Apple Friday as well
