I am looking to split a house in the Cudjoe Key for the month of July. We want the last half of the month. Deep water access on canal.
It is very difficult to rent by the week. This price is about the same as most one week rentals.
We stayed a month in this one last year. It is a bargain.
3 Br 2 bath
Rental amount: $3,500.00 for the month.
Tourist Tax: 418.75
Total Due: $3,918.75
That is less than $1000 per week. PM me.

there is 31 days in July.
July 1st is a Saturday and is the typical start to a rental.
How do you want to split it.
You have more rental info such as VRBO # ?????????????

I assume you have a boat. If we can work out a way for me to pull your boat down and you pull it back, assuming we can use the boat, I will male this happen.

My dad used to live on Cudjoe.....tons of opportunity. turn left to go to the atlantic......or right to go to the gulf....pretty cool spot.

Damn right, there is one like it sitting in our boat lot. It is "hella" nice. I don't think the owners care about how it looks.
