I know 9.5 in Latta, but it was overflowing. One of my neighbors said 14 inches, and I believe every inch of it.

    14+ inches. North of Manning.

I checked it at midnight and it was less than an inch. I dumped 5.5 inches at 5. And another 5.5 at 9.

Someone needs to market an October in SC rain gauge.

    10.5 in Santee - 9 in Summerton.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Less than 1/2 inch in Greenville and I don't think it was related to the storm. That's 1/2 inch more than we've had in a month.
