Those model tracks continue to shift more and more westward. State of emergency for NC as well. Weather geeks are talking about how the NHC's 5 PM advisory will show a significant shift west in the track of the storm. Also, it is hard to tell just because of the overall scale of the Caribbean but the storm is massive. Edit, it is about 700 miles across with TS force winds going out about 150 miles from its center. This size puts it in the top 10 largest hurricanes on record.

This was in an article I read about it. You don't fucking say.....

"There are basically two extremely wide-ranging scenarios after it batters the Caribbean: Either a direct hit, anywhere from Florida to Maine, or a miss, with the storm sliding up the coast but never making landfall."

Well, that does narrow it down some.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Thankfully it is forecast to weaken some by the time it gets up to SC but, the TS storm force winds would extend well into SC based on the 2PM Saturday location and that's if it doesn't continue to shift west. Generally speaking we are prepared and used to this kind of stuff however, with this new track, it could be a disaster for the NE

Seriously though I might get some propane filled this week since the tank is sitting on 10%. Might fill the tractor tank and chainsaw tank because once again they are all on empty, there seems to be a common theme here all my shit is empty.
I already had plans to venture inland this weekend for a my birthday party. But if any of you staying behind need to borrow the rock for and accurate account of the weather, you are welcome to it. Unless your name is Micah. Cant have any damage happening to my priceless rock. Uh, I mean weather module. Or I may just put a wifi cam on it so I can keep track of whats happening myself.

Models are also showing that by Saturday, it should weaken to a Cat 2 or 3.

i still dont quite understand what i am "stocking up" on?

I have food and water and clothing. I am pretty sure I can make it through the storm and into the next day with or without power or water.

    I'm good. Let's roll.
