    wanting to get 50lb. of some large fresh shrimp, around charleston area, any suggestions

    Stand on the side of the road. The boat "Lady Page" is on Shem Creek.
    I imagine they will price you somewhere between retail and wholesale on 50lb.

    They set up shop on Coleman blvd around Mill Street. Just look for the tents with hand written signs. Magwood or the Gheechi docks should have what you need.

    were getting shrimp from livingston's, but they seem kinda high this year 4$ a lb. is that about right

    Carolina Seafood in McClanville. Heads 16-20 are $3.50 and Tails 21-25 are $7.00. The tails are huge.

    Looking at The Lady Paige website it looks like the sell shrimp at two locations wed-sat from 10-7. They have maps on the website that shows exactly where they sell them. I'm too lazy to post the link.

    Gonna be brownies most likely. If you are gonna freeze them I would wait till the fall. White shrimp freeze better.
