Okay I'm with White Quacker here. I do corssfit and really enjoy it but I also hit the normal gym and lift or I lift at home. I have plenty of weights. Some days I lift at lunch and crossfit in the evening. I normally try and go to crossfit 2 to 3 times a week. I feel corssfit misses a lot of muscle groups and you have to work them independently. I'm just an old gym rat at heart.
