    Artificials or herring?
    Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

    I have seen several boats with outriggers, pulling something out there.

    I don't know how well they do, but last year when we installed outriggers on my buddy's boat, we launch at Murray and pulled 6 lines off of an island, just to check for needed adjustments... We pulled some big lipped diving plugs and caught a couple dinks.

    I rode over the dam to go to a restaurant a little before dark and there were a lot of boats fishing the towers. More than usual
