Either write things worth reading, or do things worth writing.
Do you believe you saw less?
They were wiser?
They were in roosts where you had no access?

They were much wiser, still saw plenty. No problems with the roosts where we shot at.
I'd say I saw about the same as last year. Absolutely wiser. LOTS in the Cooper river where we couldn't shoot.
I we were to include part of Cooper, how far down would we need to go?? Strawberry?

Killed more because we started earlier and went more. roosting on refuges, on the tailrace and the rediversion canal caused issues when they moved. We need more access. I will start buying shells for next year now!

I went 30% less only because you didn't have a smaller number....I may have put 10 of my birds in the boat and crippled that many more that could make it far enough I couldn't get em. I went a few more times last year and was able to stay on em better but due to family and truck issues I was a little behind the 8ball this year. They seemed smarter and seemed to keep higher. I was standing on a pier and had a bird flying toward me, when it seen me it carted like it was shot and high tailed it. One day we shot the locks from a camo skiff and the birds flared from that boat to fly over a key west, a bowfishing boat, and a center console with a blue t-top. They seem to know what comes out of a camo boat and don't like it.
You can grow up to be just like me....
Haha. I was there that day!

I fished around Eutawville today. Had one shit right on my Ranger. Payback I guess...
Basturds were all around Rock Pond also. Haven't seen them there till today...
The private lake I live on had an influx. I guess they are beginning the migration.

It's like that daily. Only now they are cutting the channel and heading directly over land as soon as they get to the ramp. That's why they've been coming over my backyard. Last year they would go straight down the channel, over the cypress fields before turning towards Angels. Now they head over the tree line to Sandy Beach. So I would definitely say WISER.

*yes, Capt Toms yankee ass did show me a new trick in my own backyard*-- CYPRESNEAK
Took my wife fishing yesterday. She said "here comes your arch nemesis" as they constantly few over the boat through out the afternoon.
Any chance of more "training classes" if they decide to do it again next year?
x2 and expand it state wide
If we survive the lawsuit I expect training to occur over Internet and reopen. Also hope for expansion in areas around the lakes.
