Made a tomato corn salad. Consisting of white shoe peg, romas, red onion, basil, s and p, evoo, red wine vinegar and super sharp cheddar cut small.
Mashed taters. Redskins. Mashed em and added my milk, mayo, garlic oil, s and p, and grated some fresh Parmesan on top.
Made my sauce for meat and taters. A basic horseradish. Mayo, horse radish, a little bit of mustard, some heavy whipping cream, and some cayenne pepper.
Had a few sips of this while prepping and cooking. Some homemade wine from a buddy who lives out west.
Split a deer tenderloin. One half got bacon wrapped and the other got some seasoning I mixed together a while back. They met some high heat on the grill.
