I took a youth during the December 6th opening day.

Try not to get the "Water Blind". We ended up dropping six but only recovered 3 because paddling the little boat we just couldn't get to downed birds quick enough.

I can't say anything about the birds in that area, but you best have some good waterproof gear. Winds W @ 10-20 mph & 90% chance of rain. Good luck with the kids and hope y'all have a great hunt.

Duh, sorry, forget what I said. I, somehow, read Bonneau Ferry. The mind is a terrible thing.

You been drinking straight fluoride again?

You can always leave your decoys in your truck if you don't need them.

If that irregular, funny group of birds floating your way are whistling.... They aren't Ibis.

    Good luck.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Good hunt. The boys killed 6 gadwall and 2 wigeon. They shot well. A couple of other groups killed gadwall limits. One mottled and a few teal also killed. I had a lot of fun.

Imagine a pic of two kids and a strap of eight ducks.

    Cool beans.

I know what your boys look like and ducks. Do you want to be in the pic also, maybe with a smile.
