    Default some woodies....some deer..

Sup fellas. Not lookin for anyone's hole considering I have my own just showing some kills I've had this year. Have the wood duck honey hole from hell....but have yet to see any big ducks. Only killed woodies....and this year got my first "different" species....a hooded merg. I know it ain't the type to be after but it was still special to get something different. What I'm really after is a teal....blue or green makes no difference I just want a d*** teal lol. Mallard....pintail...w.e. just ready for something new.

If I had to be a duck I would always choose a drake hooded merg.

    1. You aren't shot as much as other ducks. More folks shoot hen mergs than anything else when mergs are shot.

    2. You get a punk rock hair do.

Hunt "other bird" habitat and you'll likely get a chance at killing them.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

I actually thought I had shot a drake woodduck it was when I got to him I knew something different was going on. I hunt a creek that runs to black river on my property....about 1000 yards behind my house. I see anywhere from 50-300 woodies every trip.

Gets cleaned every time I walk in the house....it's a workhorse....not a 2000$ gun. Can afford to see some mud, considering I hunt in a swamp....

Florence county buck as well, 142in, killed in pamplico. One from this year was a Williamsburg county buck. The one I shot 30 seconds before that guy was a MONSTER. Biggest buck of my life..made the 124incher look like a baby...trailed him 1/2 a mile before he made it to the swamp and my wife got in a yellow jackets nest. ~150-160in buck. He'll haunt my dreams the rest of my life. Here's the pic of the buck I knocked down on cam. I can get a pic of the date/time stamp if u would like. I didn't know the other existed until they walked out in the Bachelor group. Got him sept. 1, 2014

    Lol...
I would talk shit about that buck not being anywhere near 150" but then the hypocritical peanut gallery would come on here and tell me to step on a Lego. I'll just refrain.
