boat seat part

my boat has the little sliding thing mounted. all i need is the part that attaches to the seat. am I reading this wrong? $35 for BOTH parts? I just need ONE part. where can i order this and yes, I have tried googling it and its pissing me off.

You just need the "top" sliding part the seat bolts too, correct?...Standby I might have one you can take apart.

searched high and low and i've never seen just the 'sliding' part unless you can find someone that has one and willing to part
