Is there a drain/stopcock on it to drain water when done?

I have seen them with jet burners that have exhaust pipes coiled/woven inside the tank, similar to a water heater. They look neat and are incredibly quick to heat the water but I can only imagine how much of a pain they are to clean when using them as a fryer.
That cooker is sexy, nice work!
Dammit son!! Those look delicious! Good job on the steamer!
Just damn. I ain't had a good oyster in years. Tween the Hog Cooker and the oyster's we coming that away.

Build them and they will sell! I would need one for sure! What would be the price point?
Haven't thought too much about it, they are labor intensive to build. The good news is that we made templates from these, so the next ones should be much faster. I would think in the $350-$399 range or it wouldn't be worth messing with. We could have used cheaper material also but we went with aircraft grade thicker stuff and would stay with that.
That thing is sweet!
About how much does it weigh?
I've got one currently that sits on top of a burner, but one day I'd like to get a stand alone cooker.
I'm in at $350 if you get enough to produce a batch.
Did these ever get built? I would be in for 2, but would need on by Feb 18th for an auction prize I would be donating.
I need one also. That thing is awesome.
