    Default Spring 2014

I'll keep it short and sweet. I was fortunate just like many of you to see some turkeys die this season. It's amazing how much you can learn from these crazy birds in a short amount of time, and I just love every minute in the woods this time of year.

A few highlights were calling in a first bird for a kid and then for a buddy as well, shooting one flying for the first time (being the secondary gun), killing my personal biggest bird to date, and officially long gunning my brother in law. Still feel a little bad about the last but he just has bad luck .
Here's a few photos from the season

I wish I could breathe life back in him, if I could I'd hunt him again tomorrow. - Ben Rodgers Lee

Me either bud, that was a great morning. Had we only been sitting in the right place, there's no telling how many dead turkeys would have been laying in that cutdown!
Glad I could return the favor after shooting that first one with you in self defense as he came barreling down the road towards me.

Next season can't get here fast enough!
