They are not broke....they are actually a big revenue generator for the Feds. The problem is that the Feds take all their profit and dont allow very much to stay inside the USPS. Because of that...i guess you could say they are broke. But, it's actually a profitable business. As for the ammo...your guess is as good as mine. The thought of the USPS, The Department of Education, the EPA, along with other Federal agencies becoming militarized is a scary thing. The sheeple need to wake up...this isn't good.
